【Contractual Action】

By reading and clicking "Agree" to this agreement or by accepting this agreement through any other means, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement, and you have reached an agreement with V Model (referred to as "we") as the provider of this experience. Once you start experiencing the model capabilities, it will be considered as your acceptance and acknowledgment of the content of this agreement, and this agreement will take immediate effect. If you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms while reading it, please immediately stop the experience.

1.【Scope of the Agreement】

This agreement is a contract between you and us regarding your use of this platform. The following definitions apply to this agreement:

1.1 "This platform" refers to the image generation platform provided by us under the name "V Model," which is experienced and provides feedback through plugins or website.

1.2 "You" refers to the natural person, legal person, or other organization that, after obtaining eligibility, participates in this testing experience. In this agreement, you will be referred to as "you".

2. 【User Usage Rules】

2.1 You shall not use the resources and information provided by this platform to input, generate, obtain, or disseminate the following information, either by yourself or by assisting others:

2.1.1 Political propaganda and news information that violates national regulations.

2.1.2 Information related to national security and defense interests.

2.1.3 Feudal superstition, obscene, or pornographic information.

2.1.4 Information related to illegal online activities such as gambling and gambling games.

2.1.5 Information that violates national ethnic and religious policies.

2.1.6 Information that hinders the safe operation of the Internet.

2.1.7 Information that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others and other information that undermines social order and public morals.

2.1.8 Other information that violates laws, regulations, departmental rules, or national policies.

2.2 You understand and acknowledge that all output content under this trial experience is generated by an artificial intelligence model. The data sources include but are not limited to authorized works, publicly available internet data, and original works by designers on this platform.

All content generated through the trial experience is for your reference only. It does not represent our attitude or viewpoint, nor can it be regarded as professional advice or opinions. It also cannot guarantee compliance with your specific purposes or requirements.

2.3 We respect intellectual property rights. The images ("uploaded content") you upload through this platform will always remain your property. In order to improve and enhance our services, you understand and agree to grant the platform and its affiliated companies an unconditional, non-exclusive, and geographically unrestricted license to use your uploaded content, including but not limited to storage on this platform or other third-party platforms, use, copy, edit, display, disseminate, and translate the uploaded content in various marketing activities, without the need to pay you or the author any fees.

2.4 You understand and agree to grant the platform and its affiliated companies an unconditional, non-exclusive, and geographically unrestricted license to use the content generated by you through the platform's services ("generated content"), including but not limited to storage on this platform or other third-party platforms, copy, edit, publish, display, translate, distribute, disseminate, perform, commercially use the generated content or create derivative works for promotion or sale, as well as the rights to incorporate the generated content into other works in any current or future form, media, or technology.

2.5 If you are an enterprise user, by using this service, you authorize the platform and its affiliated companies to reasonably use your trademarks, company name, logo, packaging, font, abbreviation, etc., in promotional activities. This includes but is not limited to using them separately, together with your generated content, or together with third-party content (such as trademarks, fonts, company names, abbreviations, etc.).

2.6 Your uploaded content must be true, legal, accurate, complete, and authorized. It must not infringe upon the rights or interests of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, and privacy rights. You agree that we have the right to remove any content that we deem to be potentially illegal, inappropriate, or infringing.

2.7 You shall bear full responsibility for your uploaded content. If your uploaded content causes any direct or indirect loss, cost, expense, compensation, litigation, or other liability to this platform, you shall independently bear all responsibility and indemnify this platform against any losses.

2.8 You understand and acknowledge that the model capabilities of this platform are still improving. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, objectivity of the output, but we promise to continuously improve the quality and level of the output.

2.9 You understand and agree that when using this platform, you bear the following risks beyond the control of this platform, including but not limited to:

2.9.1 Risks of personal information loss or leakage due to force majeure factors.

2.9.2 Risks associated with third-party websites and related content when accessing them through this platform/service, for which you bear the responsibility.

2.9.3 Risks and liabilities that may arise from others forwarding and sharing your uploaded content.

2.9.4 Risks of platform login failure, inability to synchronize, store, submit data, sudden disconnection, etc., due to unstable network signals, limited network bandwidth, technical failures, and other reasons.

2.9.5 You acknowledge and understand that all content generated by this platform is generated by an artificial intelligence model. We do not make any guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, functionality, non-infringement, or suitability for specific purposes of the generated content. Although we will continuously filter sensitive data automatically and manually, it is still possible that some information or images may be flawed, unreasonable, or cause discomfort. In such cases, we welcome and appreciate your feedback at any time through the channels provided on this platform. If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding the model's output, please help us improve and optimize it by providing feedback.

2.10 We may periodically release updated versions of the user agreement on the website. By continuing to use our services after changes have been made to the user agreement, you indicate your agreement to the updated user agreement.
